- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★If allowed I would give 20 stars. I called Chase to see what he could do for insurance on a new vehicle and had great coverage within 15 minutes. He guided me to add rental car insurance and keep a $0 deductible for comprehensive. Headed to work two days later, I hit a deer at 55 mph in the new car. I called Chase, who went 100% above and beyond to help me. He came to my office, helped me start my claim, lined up a rental car, took me to get the rental car, and even after all that, gave me a ride back to work after I dropped the car off at the body shop. I'm not sure what experiences you have had with your insurance agent, but I can certainly vouch for the customer service I get from Chase. Top notch.By Justin Hallman, September 15, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chase Insurance! I have been with this company for almost 2 years and everything has been done with such ease! Chase recommended insurance coverage that I had not considered for rental car in case of accident and I had never had that before. He saved me money on premiums so I went with his recommendation and for that I am most thankful!! I had an accident that rendered my car unable to be driven and had no way to get to work but Chase reminded me of the rental car coverage and I am driving a wonderful, new rental while waiting on the verdict of my car!! Chase also called to check on me to make sure I was okay after the accident and he took away my worries! In addition to car insurance, he also got me signed up for a wonderful medical insurance and made it extremely easy! He is wonderful beyond words!
